Every encounter at our Heavenly Spa by WestinSM begins with our signature serenity welcome, a ritual that combines aromatic oils with massage of the face, neck, ears and scalp. All the senses are touched as your journey to complete relaxation begins.
To fully enjoy all the incredible benefits of your time spent at the Heavenly Spa by WestinSM, we encourage guests to arrive 30-60 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you have ample time to change into our plush cotton robes and slippers, and sample the luxurious amenities, healthy elixirs and delightful treats found at the Heavenly Spa by WestinSM and Pool bar.
We recommend you take a shower in our locker rooms before any body treatment or massage, to rinse off any sun tan lotions or chemicals that might interfere with our specially formulated treatment products. We request that all communication devices are turned off during your visit at the spa, fitness and treatment areas.
Guests can also try the transformative power of yoga (chargeable), taught every day by a professional yoga master from the island. (Minimum age of yoga participants is 16)
Reservations are highly recommended, preferably 24 hours in advance to ensure that we may accommodate all your needs. To cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us 8-hour notice. As every reservation is guaranteed, any appointment not canceled within eight hours, missed or arrived later for will incur the full treatment fee.
