The Spice Market Restaurant is the premier restaurant in the resort. Located in the main resort complex at the lobby area, it is built from timber with rugged wooden beam ceilings, ceiling fans and subtle lighting. Along its walls are small alcoves with antique handicrafts and a variety of spices in jars, showing off Malaysia's rich culture.

Open daily from 7 am to 11 pm, the restaurant seats 125 people inside and 100 in the bougainvillea-filled open-air terrace. It serves great choices of local food from Malay, Chinese and Indian as well as international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A nightly international buffet dinner is also available. Food and beverage promotions are also held with specialties served during festive seasons such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri Festival, Chinese New Year, Easter, National Day, Deepavali and Christmas.

At Niyom Thai Restaurant, the aroma of tantalising Thai dishes will tease and tempt your palate. Also located at the main resort lobby area with an overview of the beautiful Horizon Swimming Pool, the restaurant is frequently patronised by guests with a penchant for exotic Thai cuisine.

The restaurant is open daily for dinner from 6.30 pm to 11 pm. It has a total seating capacity of 125 persons, in and on the terrace. A wide range of authentic Thai dishes is available including savoury appetisers, tempting salads, soups, vegetarian dishes, meat and seafood specialties as well as mouth-watering desserts. Fresh seafood such as lobsters, tiger prawns and garoupa is available and prepared according to your taste.

Located by the resort's palm fringed beachfront with a panoramic view of the neighbouring islands, Tepian Cenang outlet provides a refreshing alternative venue for dinner.

Raised on a platform about a meter above ground, this outlet serves popular BBQ delights for dinner and seats 200 people comfortably surrounding an original fisherman boat transformed into a bar. Open daily from 7 pm to 11 pm. You will be entertained with live music by our resident band and for sports lovers; pool tables, darts, foosballs and sports satellite TV channels are also available.

The Pelangi Lounge is where musicians serenade the evening tropics with renditions of current and evergreen hits.

Open daily from 11 am to 1 am, it has a seating capacity of about 100 people. Serves a wide range of liqueur, coffee specialties, scrumptious snacks, selection of tapas, flamb desserts, ice-cream delights and a variety of alternative in-house cocktails for guests.

Meritus Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi offers two open-air free form swimming pools with island bars as well as jacuzzis and a children's pool. The Horizon is a stone's throw away from the beach with a panoramic view of the surrounding islands, while Cascade is intimately tucked away among the landscaped gardens surrounded by the chalets. Cascading water provide soothing and relaxing sound effects while you laze around the pool.

Both pool bars offer a mouth-watering range of light snacks, chef's specialty of the day, thirst quenchers and special promotions. Both are open daily from 11 am to 6 pm and seat about 40 people.

Nearby the BBQ restaurant is the Cenang Beach Bar that serves cold beers and exciting cocktails over a mesmerising sunset.
