The 65 rooms of the Sea Village are built on stilts with typical traditional Malay architecture and divided into Studio Suites, Family Sea Duplex and Villa Sri Andaman. Each room comes with a private balcony, kitchenette with microwave oven and other amenities. They are built on top a sanctuary of calm waters protected from open sea by breakwater.

The beach front hotel suites consist of 85 units with sea or hill views. These are spacious rooms ranging from 36 sq m to 63 sq m with amenities, a chaise lounge (pangkin) and kitchenette.
