- Day Used Rates:
- 12:00pm to 6.00pm - 50% of the contracted rate
- Beyond 6.00pm-100% of the contracted rate.
- (Day use is subject to availability, room change and confirmation by the Resort. The day use rates are subject to 10% service charge. To guarantee accommodation for guests with late flights and especially during High Season, it is highly recommended to book an additonal night upon reservation)

- Special In-Villa Dining Menus which includes steam boat and BBQ at your own Verandah

- Child aged under 4 years till 12 years joining parents/adults with rollaway bed are complimentary. Extra bed is only suitable for the age under 12 years old and not applicable for Melaleuca Pavilion.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, a written notice of cancellation must be received. In the event such written notice is not received within the time limit stated, the resort reserves the right to charge as follows:
One night of the accommodation for the whole period of the reservation if a written cancellation notice is received within:
- 30 to 7 days before the expected date of arrival except during the festive period below
- 45 to 23 days before the expected date of arrival during the festive period
Three nights of the accommodation for the whole period of the reservation if a written cancellation notice is received within:
- 06 to 01 days before the expected date of arrival except during the festive period below
- 22 to 01 days before the expected date of arrival during festive period
NO SHOW
Non-arrivals will be subject to a penalty equal to three nights accommodation at quoted rates
