What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Receptionist when booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, let us know.
What do I wear during my treatment?
We will provide you with spa attire including a choice of spa underwear or you may choose to wear your own. Alternatively, treatments may be enjoyed without clothing. Choose what is most comfortable for you. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.
What about my valuables?
We provide a secure place to store your personal items inside the spa suite. However, we do not assume any liability for personal items and recommend you leave valuables in the safe in your hotel room or suite.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late may make it necessary to limit the time for your treatment so the next guest is not delayed. Please arrive ten minutes before the scheduled time to check in and prepare to enjoy your treatment.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. Guests will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for treatments cancelled less than six hours from the scheduled appointment.

An invigorating body exfoliation with bamboo and ginseng infused polish includes an exfoliation and hydration of the face. The body exfoliation is followed by the application of tangerine and rose body moisturizer to nourish, hydrate and protect.

Rosehip seed oil and gotu kola are important ingredients for restorative skin care. These potent botanical are combined with cardamom oil and walnuts for a silky smooth revitalizing effect.
NEEM AND GOTU KOLA HEALING ENVELOPMENT

A luxurious walnut and cardamom oil body polish is followed by warm cocoon of purifying neem. While you are wrapped a conditioning gotu kola and neem mask is massaged into the scalp. A gentle steam bath processes the hair and body mask for a complete rejuvenating effect.

A purifying and refining body exfoliation is followed by a hydrating envelopment and mini facial ritual including an application of hair and scalp conditioning elixir

To begin the treatment, warm organic cold press sesame oil is massaged over the feet, face and neck concentrating on the marma points in these areas. A flow of warm oil is directed over the third eye area of the forehead, the treatment concludes with a scalp massage while you sip a cup of Ayurvedic tea.
