Each one of the 370 rooms and suites are elegantly-designed and furnished with modern amenities and facilities.

The Resort has successfully completed its first few phases of renovation, with the introduction of new Rainforest Chalet and Rainforest Studio Rooms. The remaining renovation work will continue to be administered in phases and bring us more Rainforests rooms and like before, refurbishment will include site mobilization, structural works, plumbing & electrical, wall & floor finishes, furniture and fittings etc. As we work hard to make our Resort even more inviting and beautiful, we want to assure you that we will make this renovation period as easy as possible for you, bearing in mind the valued guests, the business and loyalty you have given us in the past, present and future. As you may well know, our strength and uniqueness lies in the Malaysian heritage architecture. The continued upgrading of various areas and features at our Resort have rewarded us with success over the years. Though immersed in a very traditional setting, we are eager to go with the latest trends and amenities to ensure our guests have not only an experience but also a great deal of comfort. These new Rainforest Chalet and Rainforest Studio Rooms will see a complete new concept allowing you to have increased space and comfort starting from new closet and cabinet space to flat screen televisions on the wall, features, as well as change of color, style and lighting. Berjaya Langkawi Resort will offer high standard of comfort and an experience that will inspire you and awaken the wish to return. Due to the enormous size of the resort, comprising over 74 acres of land, the renovation work will be executed section by section. Please find below a brief overview of the immediate scope and duration of the renovation, of which progress will be updated on a regular basis. Hours of Work: 10.00am to 6.00pm, daily. Noise Pollution: Guests may experience some light noise pollution. Air Pollution: None. Sight Pollution: All work will be within the confines of the guest rooms and adjacent areas will be cordoned off as necessary. Flow of Workers: Workers will access from the back of the building and should not give any challenges or bad visuals to any of the guests. Completion Date: End of May 2012.
